The Bolsover School Celebrates Strong GCSE Results and Student Success
Students and staff at The Bolsover School are celebrating GCSE success, with pupils’ achievements reflecting their hard work, determination and commitment throughout Key Stage 4. The school, which is part of The Redhill Academy Trust, is proud to share an Attainment 8 score of 42.82. In addition, 65% of students achieved a grade 4 or above in both English and Maths, while 45% achieved a grade 5 or above in both subjects.
The results are a tribute to a dedicated Year 11 cohort and to the support of staff, families and the wider school community. Students now move on to sixth form, college, apprenticeships, employment and further training with confidence.
Among the many individual success stories are students who achieved excellent grades across a range of subjects, students who made exceptional progress from their starting points, and students whose resilience, commitment and positive attitude have been recognised by staff.
Steph Spence, Head of School, shared her pride in the students and staff:
“We are incredibly proud of the accomplishments of our Year 11 students. Their hard work, resilience and determination have been reflected in the outcomes they have achieved today. These achievements are also a reflection of the dedication of our staff and the support provided by families throughout their educational journey. It has been a privilege to see our students develop into confident, capable young adults, and we look forward to following their future successes.”
