Results 2016

The percentage of students securing 5 or more A* to C GCSE grades, including English and Maths, rose again at the school for the third consecutive year, despite a slight decline nationally. Unvalidated figures show the current A* to C 5+EM standing at 53%. This figure can only increase as students who had been removed from the school roll prior to GCSE exams are yet to be discounted from the results.

The Maths results continue to increase and are in line with national standards. Food Technology saw another magnificent set of GCSE results. The art department continues to perform well, whilst improvements were evident in Business Studies and the European Computer Driving Licence.

Please note: The above results are subject to change due to 95 students awaiting the results of their English Language Examination re-mark.
